We had a great Thanksgiving. We walked / ran the Turkey Trot with the boys in the morning. They did great! Jackson actually fell asleep and Dillan didn't start fussing until right as we were stopping. We had some of our friends over for Thanksgiving dinner...the Murrs and the Skippers. Jackson was very excited because that meant his friends Ayla and Sutton came over. I meant to take a picture of the 3 families, but in all the craziness it didn't happen. But the kids had fun playing and the adults had a good time visiting.
Here are some pictures from the last few weeks.
Jackson sitting in Dillan's car seat :)

Jackson playing with some "blocks" and "tools" outside. Yes, that is a screw driver. This is obviously a Daddy supervised activity :)

And of course a hammer :)

No wonder hanging out with Daddy is so much fun!

Sweet Dillan...look at his precious face!

Love him!

I wish I would have gotten more of Walt's face...such a sweet pic!

Walt with his boys!

We went and cut down a Christmas tree...which reminds me...I need to download those pictures and post them (i.e. I took the pictures on another camera). So more to follow soon :) Here are a few pics of decorating the tree. Jackson had fun! Every night before he goes to bed, we turn out the overhead lights with just the tree lights on, turn on the gas fire, and listen to Christmas music on the tv...it flashes Christmas inspired pictures and Jackson loves the reindeer picture :). He gets excited about it every night.

Like father like son

Jackson is such a sweet boy, but he has his moments :) The beginning of his pout face :)

....but then he is happy once again :)

Jackson is still waking up super early....we are trying different things to try and remedy that, but in the meantime, there are some days when we go and get him from his nap and he falls asleep on us while he is in our lap. On this particular day, he fell asleep on me right as Dillan was waking up from his nap. So I put him in our bed. He was out!!! I finally had to wake him up because it got so late!

Such a sweet face. If you look closely, that is a scratch on his forehead...not his hair :(

Wearing our medals from the Turkey trot :)

One cold, rainy day...I decided to turn our dining room table into a tent. Jackson had a blast!

Dillan thought it was fun, too. He would laugh as Jackson would crawl through the blankets. He did not have any clothes on at the moment...he was in between a wardrobe change. Due to his frequent spitting up...he has numerous changes throughout the day :)

Dillan is definitely teething, but he is still a happy baby. He has been a little out of sorts lately, but he may also have a little cold.

When Daddy got home...Jackson couldn't wait to show him what we had done with the dining room table. Here are my boys...I am so blessed!

Dillan loves watching his older brother :)

Jackson loves watching his Daddy :)

We got Dillan a jumperoo as an early Christmas gift. We bought it from a consignment store. He loves anything where he is standing up. He will actually take steps if you walk with him and hold his hands. I need to get it on video. He loves "walking". What are the odds that I have another child that walks early? Maybe it is just a phase...he is only 5 months :)

Jackson was so proud of himself. He stacked all of the magazines on the chair and then sat on top of them. Who needs toys :)

My mom got Jackson these rain boots and he recently discovered them this weekend. He loves wearing them...especially since he can put them on himself. One morning this last weekend, I looked outside and saw Jackson in his pajamas, rain boots, hat, and mittens. It was quite the look :)

Another good look :)

Daddy and Jackson playing with Dillan....and mommy is tickling his little legs a bit behind the scene :)
Dillan has something very important to say...you better listen up :)
