This post is a bunch of random pictures!

One day after church I looked at my handsome boys and had to seize the moment and take some pictures!
Look at Jackson's sweet face!
Not a very clear picture of Dillan, but it was the best I could get :)
Another attempt
The boys are on the move....more important things to do than take a picture
Dillan is trying to escape :)
Jackson got loose, too...
....and off they go!
Sweet Dillan
Showing off his leaf
I know its hard to see, but Dillan is making his best cheesy grin! I love it!
A picture of Aiden :) You may think I look big in this picture, but trust me, I am even bigger :)
Dillan "coloring"
The big news this month is that we have started potty training. I know a lot of mothers of boys say to wait until they are 3, but Jackson was starting to show some signs of readiness and with the baby on the way I thought I would give it a try. So I read 3 day potty training and stuck to it (with the exception of nap time / night time). We still let him wear a pull up when he sleeps b/c my sister said her girls just naturally started waking up dry so I figured we would wait on that. And honestly, he does wake up dry a lot of the time.
Jackson did great. He definitely got the hang of it. We started on a Saturday and he had his last accidents on that Sunday. Of course, there have been a couple of random accidents since then, but overall he is doing great. EXCEPT for pooping! That is a whole other story. He has yet to poop in the potty! For some reason, he refuses to....it is almost as if it traumatizes him. We are trying everything! So he has had a couple of accidents in his big boy underwear, but mostly just poops in the pull up at night or nap time. Hopefully we will turn the corner on this soon. It breaks my heart because he is obviously uncomfortable and needs to go. The last couple of days we have had a breakthrough in that we have gotten him to sit on the potty for a little bit. I just keep telling myself that he won't go to kindergarten and not know how to poop on the potty!

Jackson decorating the treasure box the night before we started potty training
Dillan fell down and separated the part of your mouth between your lip and gum :(
Unfortunately that is blood all around his mouth...I kept trying to clean it and it kept coming back. (Note, yes he needs a hair cut....see next pictures)
Snuggling with Charlie (his lovey). They have definitely bonded more this last month or two. Dillan has also turned into quite the snuggler. I could not be happier :) I love snuggling with my boys!
This summer, we had a play group on Fridays with some friends from church. They would come over for lunch and to play. With school starting, we won't be able to do it anymore because some of the other moms are teachers, but here is our last play date. Two of the moms and their kiddos could not be there, so it was a smaller crowd and Dillan was sleeping when this was taken...but here they are sitting at the picnic table.
Crazily, Jackson ended up having a seizure this month. He started running fever on a Sunday, but it was never that high until it spiked the following day around noon...causing the seizure. Like Dillan, he had no other symptoms...just the high fever. But unlike Dillan, his seizure presented differently. He did not shake as severely as Dillan...his whole body was limp. His eyes were lifeless like Dillans, but he was only shaking ever so slightly. His lasted longer than Dillan's and so did his unresponsiveness. It took him at least 20 minutes to finally utter a word and most of the time his eyes were closed. I tried to handle the seizure on my own at first, but started panicking when he still was not responding after so long. So once again, the paramedics made a trip to our house and thankfully, while they were assessing him, he started to show some signs of responsiveness. We did not make the trip to the ER b/c I knew what they would say. Basically no big deal...just a seizure caused by a high fever. Praise God these are no big deal in regards to his long term health, but as with Dillan...it was truly terrifying to see my child like that and to feel so completely helpless. Obviously both times, I thankfully knew God was with us and I am so thankful they are ok...but it was still incredibly scary.

Needless to say, we took a minor setback for a day or two on potty training so I re-stocked the treasure box to create excitement again with our potty training. Hence the bracelets Jackson is wearing...I was running out of ideas of things to put in the treasure chest :)
We got this chair for Jackson before Dillan was born and Dillan has recently discovered it. He loves it! He is not one to sit still for very long, but he will actually sit in this chair!
Dillan's first haircut. Of course I had mixed feelings getting my baby's hair cut because I did not want him to look like a little boy...he is still my baby. But as you can see, it was getting a little out of control and needed to be cleaned up. Walt's solution was to shave it all off. Obviously, we went a different route!
Post hair cut
Loving on Charlie
Eating popcorn with Daddy...like father like son!
We don't do it very often, but sometimes I let Jackson eat his breakfast in the playroom on the picnic table while watching a show. Dillan likes to sit down, too...although he is up and down a lot which is why he still eats in his high chair :)
The boys love taking all the cushions off the couch and playing. What can I say, some days you are happy to find just such distractions :)
Both boys love to "vacuum". Jackson is actually pretty good.
Dillan "reading" a book. He has definitely gotten more into books!
Walt had some dirt delivered for some yard work he is doing and it was definitely the highlight of the boys day. They have played with it everyday since its arrival. Walt will be working on distributing it to the yard, but the boys will enjoy it as long as it lasts!
In Aiden news, I went to my doctor's appointment on Wednesday and everything looks good. My doctor has been out on medical leave and apparently, he just went back out for another 6-8 weeks. So I have been rotating around seeing all these doctors that I have never met. The doctor this week was shocked when he saw how big Dillan was when he was born and wanted me to take the gestational diabetes test immediately. I could not that day, but went back on Friday. I am not concerned because I have never tested positive before and feel like Dillan was just a big baby...let's face it...he is still big :) But also realize every pregnancy is different. So we will see. But this doctor wants to test me now and again later, just to make sure.

My due date has also fluctuated around. When I went in initially, it was December 8th....then December 11th, December 6th, and now back to December 11th. Not because of anything concrete, but just because I have seen so many different people. Oh well, no big deal...Aiden will come when he wants to come...although they are already talking of inducing a week early assuming Aiden might be big like Dillan.
