To stitch or not to stitch?

Aiden is proving to be our accident prone child.  Dillan has his fair share of tumbles, but he somehow escapes injury.  Aiden has not been so lucky :(  Right around his 1st birthday, he was practicing his walking skills in the plastic playhouse in the play room and fell and sliced above his eye.  Amazingly the cut stopped bleeding quickly and the blue sucker made everything better (note the blue around his lips).  Despite his "quick recovery", I am pretty sure he will have a scar.  Needless to say, we did not end up taking his one year pictures, but sooner or later this sweet boy will have professional pictures made!!!!!

He also fell and his tooth cut the inside of his lip and outside (just below the lip)...not sure if it was a through and through, but also a possible scar.  And then the other day, he fell and got a bloody nose.  I am not liking this streak!!!  Hopefully his injury days are over!

Thanksgiving

Jackson's class had a Thanksgiving feast and Dillan, Aiden, and I were able to go.  Walt tried to get off work, but ended up having to attend a meeting.

Although this picture does not show it, Dillan was very excited to see Jackson and gave him a hug when he saw him.
 Our little Indian

I love Aiden's cheesy grin....he is really good at it :)
Dillan got to sit by Jackson
Jackson's class performed a song for us....I wish I had my video camera :(

 Decorating Christmas Cookies....
Dillan decorated one and ate it....and then he was done :)

The boys and I went downtown to meet Daddy for lunch and to watch the singing bears.  So I took the opportunity to try and get a good picture of the three boys.

On Thanksgiving Day, Walt's sister, Alex, Jim, James, and Alexandria came over.  I did not get many pictures, but here are a few of the boys playing.
Look closely....Aiden is throwing his head back and grinning :)

On Thanksgiving weekend, we went to get our Christmas tree.  The place we went had a lot of neat animals...the boys had fun running around and exploring.

It was really cold :)

Turkey :)

Climbing on hay stacks

Aiden had fun watching them

An attempt to get a picture of them in their Christmas pajamas :)  Jackson and Aiden were all about it, but Dillan is going through a phase where he either does not want to stop to have his picture taken or when he does cooperate....I can't get him to smile...any attempt to get him to smile results in a weird expression on his face :)  Still a cute picture :)
