Since moving to Charlotte, our Thanksgivings have looked different every year. Some years we were by ourselves and other years with friends or family. This year we decided to go to the mountains with Walt's sister, Kate, and her family.

The path was really icy. I actually slipped and fell on the way back down while I was holding Hudson, but thankfully Hudson was ok....and although it did not feel good...I was fine relatively speaking :)

We had such a wonderful time at the mountains and with the Wood family. We have decided to make it our Thanksgiving tradition going forward and open it up to whoever wants to join us :)
